All orders require advance notice and are subject to availability.
Local Austin orders of 50 cookies or fewer require a minimum of 24 hours. Orders over 50 cookies, and all shipped orders, require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
We proudly ship anywhere in Texas! Local delivery is available for customers in the Austin area. Shipping and delivery fees vary, so please reach out for a quote prior to ordering.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any order cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date may incur a cancellation fee (up to the full order amount), based on preparation status, custom sourcing, and materials already purchased. Fees are applied at the discretion of Momo’s Cookies.
